Mindfulness as an intervention to improve one's mental state is well-documented in the clinical literature. In particular several studies have shown that mindfulness practiced regularly can help people overcome anxiety disorders, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, reduce frustration and anger, improve sleep, relationships and even improve outcomes with physical health issues such as high blood pressure and recovery after stroke or heart attack. And the great thing is that little and often is the key. Just 30 min several times per week is all that is needed!

Our mindfulness trainers are psychologists with many years experience in helping their clients overcome anxiety, depression, sleep problems, relationship difficulties, improving self-image and confidence.
