Simon is a highly experienced Registered Psychologist and Psychology Board-approved Supervisor with more than 25 years of experience across private practice and community mental health settings.
Simon is known for his calm, approachable and thoughtful manner, creating an environment where clients feel comfortable discussing even the most difficult aspects of their lives. He believes that effective therapy begins with listening carefully, understanding each person's unique experiences and working collaboratively to develop practical, evidence-based strategies that support meaningful and lasting change.
PsychologistThroughout his career, Simon has worked with people experiencing a wide range of psychological difficulties and has provided supervision, mentoring and specialist guidance to both registered and emerging psychologists. His extensive experience enables him to tailor therapy to each individual's circumstances while helping clients gain greater insight into the factors contributing to their difficulties.

Christine Craig
Christine is a Registered Psychologist with a diverse professional background spanning mental health nursing and psychology. Her broad experience provides her with a deep understanding of the many factors that influence emotional wellbeing throughout different stages of life.
Christine recognises that no two people are the same and believes therapy should never be a one-size-fits-all process. She works collaboratively with each client to develop an individualised approach that reflects their unique experiences, strengths, goals and circumstances. Her approach is particularly affirming of neurodivergent clients, emphasising understanding, respect and a genuine therapeutic partnership.
PsychologistDrawing on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, Christine supports clients experiencing a wide range of psychological and emotional difficulties, including grief and loss. She combines psychological knowledge with practical strategies, psychoeducation and tailored between-session tasks to help clients develop greater insight and create meaningful, lasting change.
